- We are actively reducing our environmental impact and offsetting all unavoidable emissions, including those generated by our travellers, through verified renewable energy and nature-based projects within Vietnam.
- 5% of our profits are donated to the Chapi Foundation, helping disadvantaged and low-income families enjoy meaningful days away from home.

- We prioritise locally owned accommodation and services, ensuring tourism income stays within communities.
- We help travellers cut single-use plastic by offering reusable water bottles and promoting tools like Refill My Bottle.
- We partner only with suppliers who share our ethical and environmental values.
- Our animal welfare policy prohibits harmful practices, including elephant riding and bathing.
- We support Vietnamese social organisations such as KOTO, Tohe, Hope Box, SOS Villages, and others that strengthen education, wellbeing, and opportunity.
Responsible Business Practices

- Our team receives fair living wages, growth opportunities, and a supportive workplace.
- We engage in volunteering and charitable giving, uplifting organisations in need.

Reducing Our Environmental Footprint
We take measurable action to reduce our impact on the planet:
- We calculate our entire carbon footprint, from office operations to the accommodation used in our tours.
- We encourage staff to commute via public transport or electric mobility.
- All team members receive sustainability training to reduce their personal and professional carbon use.
- Our hybrid work policy, introduced in 2024, lowers commuting emissions while improving wellbeing.
- By 2026, we will transition fully to Microsoft cloud infrastructure, reducing energy consumption.
- We have contributed to reforestation efforts, including tree-planting initiatives and donations.
- We publish and update our Climate Action Plan annually, ensuring transparency and accountability.
