- Advance Booking Required: The Arrival Fast Track Service must be booked and fully confirmed at least 12 hours prior to your flight’s arrival. Requests received later than this timeframe may not be accepted or may be subject to availability.
- Required Information & Documents: To process and register your service with airport authorities, you must provide the following no later than 12 hours before arrival:
A clear copy of your passport
A copy of your valid Vietnam visa (if required) or proof of visa exemption
A copy of your flight ticket or accurate flight number and arrival details
Providing complete and accurate information ensures smooth coordination and timely meet-and-greet service at the airport.
- Service Confirmation Policy: The Fast Track Service can only be confirmed after we receive your official request along with all required documents.
Incomplete, incorrect, or late information may result in:

- Service Fee Exclusions: The Fast Track service fee does not include:
Visa fees, visa stamping, or visa-on-arrival fees

In certain situations—such as temporary security alerts, government regulations, or airport authority restrictions—some aspects of the Fast Track or VIP service may be limited or unavailable. These circumstances are considered force majeure and are beyond our control.
